Welcome to StriveWin LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (strivewin.com) and any IT consulting, software engineering, AI engineering, design, or 5-day prototype services provided by StriveWin LLC.

1. Services & Scope

StriveWin LLC provides technology consulting and engineering services across multiple verticals, including:

  • Mobile Application Development (iOS, Android, Cross-Platform)
  • Web Applications & SaaS Platforms
  • Custom Software & Microservices
  • ERP & CRM Systems Integration
  • AI & Machine Learning Solutions
  • UI/UX Product Design & Technical SEO Optimization

2. Signature 5-Day Working Prototype Trial

StriveWin LLC offers a signature 5-day working prototype trial subject to the following principles:

  • Zero Financial Obligation: The initial 5-day trial prototype is provided free of charge to evaluate technical feasibility and team velocity.
  • Trial Scope Definition: The scope of features delivered during the 5-day trial is established mutually on Day 1.
  • No Lock-In: Following the completion of the 5-day trial, you are under no obligation to proceed with an extended development contract.

3. Intellectual Property Ownership

Under formal client engagements and upon receipt of contracted payments:

  • All custom code, system architectures, database schemas, and UI designs produced specifically for your organization become your exclusive intellectual property.
  • Standard open-source libraries and frameworks incorporated into solutions remain governed by their respective open-source licenses.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely specifications, necessary API access credentials, and designated points of contact to facilitate scheduled project sprints.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Services and prototype deliverables are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable United States law, StriveWin LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States without regard to conflict of law principles.
